exams sorta finished yesterday, one last paper on thur but i s/u it and i really hate it, so just wanna scrape past the new media module. Think it's quite an interesting subject but perhaps the module i took is too dry for a beginner. Anyway felix went back yesterday, really sorry i couldn't send him off coz' i had a paper, it's like the first time i nv send him back.. will do so next time!
woke up at 6+am to fetch my dad back from the airport. Damn happy, heaved a sigh of relief to see him well, was on tenderhooks since he's been away.. he's back for a wk den going back to dreaded africa again, my poor dad. Really love him for all that and he kissed us all when he saw us, guess he really misses hm alot. He brought back lotsa goodies and even my belated bday pressie, but in fact, his safe return IS my bday gift, there's nothing more i can ask for. Anyway, i dragged them to town in the afternoon to the LIME flea mkt, they must haf been the oldest pple ard and went for a nice chinese dinner in chinatown, he's sick of all the western roast and potatoes. Meanwhile, i'm still happy. This happiness is different from the satisfaction of getting an ebay bid or a shopping spree or a lucky draw top prize, it's more abstract and it's really the simple things tt u come to treasure after it's been away for awhile.
