for those frenz concerned and been asking, i've quit my internship with tt well-known company coz' i was posted to FINANCIAL CONTROL, and not FINANCE. Apparently the only similarity between the two is their spelling.. the former is accounting and i know nuts! so i stayed on for ard 1plus wks before i decided to quit. However the people there are sooooooooo lovely and i learned alot from all of them, it's a really nice working environment, too bad tt's not my area of interest and it'd haf been sooo benifical to a student pursuing accountancy. Nonetheless, i had a taste of working in a real big multi-national company, my job scope was simply crazy lar! i tot interns were just in charge of doing photocopying and filing but NO! i was charged with taking over the duties of a perm staff and amongst 3 other projs i was supposed to undertake. It's a challenge to an accting student, let alone me.
So, thank God tt i managed to secure another internship doing marketing. Very lucky to be able to quit one and secure another immediately. My only grouse is tt it's at Tuas! and i've to report to work at 8am, thank God i drive! i hope i can learn, i hope that the new company takes as gd care of me as the prev co. There are so many things in life to give thanks to.
