within this wk, i watched a movie i love and a movie i hate. I loved Cashback! :) Reminded me of "Sliding doors" from long long ago. Appreciating beauty in the freezing of a moment, loved the premise of it. :) How the most beautiful look/feeling/sensation doesn't last more than a second, and it'd be wonderful to be able to freeze it to immortalise it.
Decided to support local movie but catching "881" with my family, my goodness, i don't think i've watched anithing worse in my life! It's so disappointing! Whatever happened the 3.5 star rating in Straits Times? It's 99% in Hokkien.. and super silly and lame and got nonsensical characters. But oh well, maybe i'm not the target market of the film tt's why i din appreciate it, the theatre was full of >40 yr old uncles/aunties laughing away, think we were the youngest ard.. Midway i wanted to walk out. I tot Roystan tan's film would/could/should be better.
