It's been a crazy week at work in the financial world and being left alone to face the storm is not funny. It really is difficult to hold the fort amidst a hurricane. I'm so exhausted and more pieces remain to be picked up tmr..
i had a conversation regarding recent events unfolding and it's quite enlightening to find out some stuff abt myself.
it's been quite awhile, i said i'm ready but i'm actually not. i'm still the same old. So i got asked the question, but i ran away from it. Poor fella must be really hurt that the first time he even asked a girl, the girl has already rejected.. ( i feel really bad, though he's quite a sweet, you noe how when we were young, we would fold cranes/hearts/lucky stars instead of splurging on expensive gifts?) but i just can't say yes anymore. i think i might have simply lost the ability to love. I don't want to get into a r/s just to pass time.
no one is holding myself back, i'm holding myself back.
